Staff is soooo slow HI fast food

So far, okay, but the waiting time is tough. Maybe you can hire someone from the staff to make things happen a little faster.

The app only shows the breakfast menu. This cannot be changed either. Total nonsense.

Distance is not taken into account here. Hadn't eaten at McDonald's in a long time. Hopefully I will never go back now.

Very rude staff. Including branch management. Every time it's dirty and private chatting is more important than the customers. Not an isolated case. The floor is oily and very slippery. It's just a shame it's getting worse.

If McDonalds then here in Blankenburg. ? Super nice staff ? Food is always warm. In contrast to another branch, the staff can handle orders from the McDonalds app. The staff is always friendly and always has a smile on their face. We can only recommend it ?? 5 stars The only flaw is the new cardboard drinking straws.

Better than any McDonald's I've been to. Even though it was pretty full, the order came in less than a minute. And there were also rainbow glasses;)

Here you can get the usual items like in all other branches of this chain. What I didn't find so great here was the friendliness of the staff. Sure you can be stressed out, but in this industry you should know how to deal with your customers. Even when it's stressful. But otherwise everything was great. As for cleanliness and service. What should be mentioned is the much too narrow entrance to the branch. You should wait here if someone wants to go out, otherwise it will be very tight.

It wasn't all ok The toilets looked more than bad and the interior didn't look exactly clean. In times of the pandemic you should really pay more attention to the toilet that the fan is running and the towels are available.

The entrance to the parking lot or McDrive is Sch ...... Sometimes a big improvement is needed ... Otherwise, McDonalds is good.

Friendly reception at the drive in. Excessive cash was given in a friendly manner and given back. Otherwise you know what McDonald's has to offer. The difference is really in the service and friendliness. Certainly not easy in this day and age. Therefore ???!

Unfortunately, things are getting worse and worse at McDonald's. The food wasn't even lukewarm, the carbonated Coke, ordering on the digital wall was an impertinence, just badly thought out. It has also become way too expensive. If you don't say anything, you don't get wooden stickers (have been abolished) for fries, but plastic forks that are actually intended for salads. It should go without saying that you touch the food with your dirty fingers and then put it in your mouth. Nowadays, nothing comes to mind. ??

Boycott those tents if you can only order from user-unfriendly columns. What a mess, we are probably not smart enough for this ?????? It's a shame about Mr. McDonalds that you can't order anything at the till. Not to be recommended.

Very unfriendly and overwhelmed staff. Which is very sluggish towards the guests. We will never visit this fast food restaurant in Blankenburg again. We just wanted to eat an ice cream and order it at the counter and then we would be approached immediately that we should order at the terminal. That could have been said nicer and more friendly, because not everyone can use a computer. In addition, it is more hygienic if not all the people around the terminal are facts, as you could not disinfect the screen because there was no disinfectant. ?

As the saying goes, very little carbohydrates, preferably only proteins and protein. McDonald's isn't exactly the place for that. But they have ice cream to die for and every now and then I have the feeling that I would rather die for a moment, to do without the ice cream for Al.

Good McDonald's store. You can order at 4 terminals or at the counter and get the food brought to the table. Everything went fast and uncomplicated. The food was warm and fresh, the store and wcs clean. There is an outdoor area
